These terms apply to the Fonsda online store and purchases made through it. In these terms, "Fonsda", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the store. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Our store is intended for purchases by adults, not for children to place orders. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and keep your account credentials confidential.

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, interference with its operation or infringement of another person's rights.

2. Product information

Review the product description, dimensions, age or weight limits, compatibility information and included items before purchasing. Colours and appearance can vary between screens. If a detail you need is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering.

Product availability and the selection offered may change. We aim to present information accurately. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund, as appropriate, rather than change the agreed price without your consent.

3. Baby & nursery products

Always follow the manufacturer's assembly, use, supervision and care instructions, including the applicable age, size and weight limits. Inspect products before use and stop using them if damaged, incomplete or subject to a safety notice. Do not modify products or use them in a way the manufacturer does not permit.

4. Orders & payments

Review the items, quantities, currency, delivery charges, taxes and final total shown at checkout before submitting an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order, not that it has shipped.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of availability, payment issues, suspected fraud or an error, we will notify you where possible. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

5. Shipping, cancellations & returns

Delivery information is described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation and return requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. These policies do not exclude any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Website content & third-party services

Website text, images, branding and other content belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Reuse or distribution beyond what the law permits requires the relevant owner's permission.

Our store uses Shopify and may link to payment providers, carriers or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services. A third-party link does not change our responsibilities to you for your purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store. Please avoid sending payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through our contact form.

8. Consumer rights & responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If an issue arises with a product or order, contact us so we can review it and work towards an appropriate resolution.
